Our enterprise customer is needing this functionality so that they can actually start using the software. SO do we need to set high priority for it?

Not necessarily automatically—but based on what you wrote, it very likely should be treated as high priority.

Set it to high priority if any of these are true:
- It’s a blocker for the enterprise customer to start using the product (go-live blocked).
- It’s required for contract milestones, onboarding completion, or a scheduled customer demo/trial conversion.
- There’s a clear deadline tied to the customer’s rollout.

If it’s “needed soon” but they can use the software partially (or via workaround) while you implement it, it may be “high” but could also be “normal” or “medium with a date,” depending on impact and effort.

Quick clarifying question: is this functionality a hard blocker for go-live for that customer (no workaround), or can they proceed with limited usage until it’s ready?
